To encourage good bone, joint and muscle health as an adult, you need to start with good bone muscle and joint health as a child. This section will give you an overview of how a child develops, an understanding of their ability to move and how they learn balance and develop strength to do this.
At times throughout these stages, your child may require support with their movement, function and physical skills. It is important for children to move and be active to develop good bone and joint structure.
